This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all services provided by Apex Web Agency.

1. No Refunds

All payments made to Apex Web for any service (one-time or recurring) are non-refundable.

Once work has begun, payment processed, or service delivered, no refunds, credits, or compensation will be offered under any circumstance.

By paying, you acknowledge and accept this strict no refund policy.

2. Cancellation of Recurring Services

If you wish to cancel a recurring plan (hosting, maintenance, monthly service), you must submit your cancellation request at least 7 days before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancellation requests must be in writing via our official email or communication channel.

If you fail to provide at least 7 days’ advance notice, your next renewal will still be billed and is non-refundable.

3. Suspension for Non-Payment

If a recurring payment is late by 5 days, we may suspend or take your website offline until the outstanding payment is made.

Restoration is subject to our discretion and may take a reasonable amount of time after payment is settled.

4. Effects of Cancellation / Termination

Upon cancellation or termination, we may disable access to hosting, delete backups, remove your website, or cease providing maintenance services.

You are responsible for exporting or preserving your content/data before cancellation takes effect.

We are not obligated to keep your data indefinitely post-termination.

5. No Prorated Refunds

There is no proration or refund for partial months or partial use of services. If a payment is made (and billing period started), you are not entitled to a refund even if you cancel partway.
