Welcome to Apex Web. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Services Provided

Apex Web offers professional web design, hosting, maintenance, and updates. Our pricing plans include:

Monthly Plan: R299 per month

Yearly Plan: R1,999 per year

Once-Off Plan (Valid for 3 Years): R4,999

All plans include hosting, maintenance, and unlimited updates.

2. Payment and Subscription

The Monthly Plan requires an upfront payment of R299 every month.

The Yearly Plan requires an upfront payment of R1,999 and is valid for 12 months.

The Once-Off Plan requires a one-time payment of R4,999 and is valid for 3 years.

Non-payment may result in website suspension until outstanding fees are settled.

3. Website Maintenance and Updates

All pricing plans include routine updates, security monitoring, and performance optimizations.

Major structural or design changes may incur additional costs, which will be quoted separately.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide necessary content, images, and business details for the website.

Apex Web is not responsible for inaccurate or outdated content provided by the client.

5. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Websites under Monthly and Yearly Plans remain the property of Apex Web unless the client opts for the Once-Off Plan.

Clients who choose the Once-Off Plan will fully own the website for 3 years.

All design, coding, and graphics remain Apex Web’s intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

6. Termination of Services

Clients can cancel their subscription with a 30-day written notice.

Apex Web reserves the right to terminate services if a client violates our policies or fails to make payments.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

Apex Web is not responsible for third-party service interruptions (e.g., hosting providers, domain registrars).

We are not liable for data loss due to cyberattacks, misuse, or negligence.

8. Amendments to Terms

Apex Web reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
